Supporting the launch of Rainer Becker's (Zuma, Roka) Oblix on the 32nd floor of London's Shard. In addition to daily BOH operations we contributed to the menu development, HR & recruitment, and ongoing innovation of the restaurant, lounge and bar menus. The site boasts a 90-cover lounge and 110-cover restaurant set across 15,000ft2 with panoramic views over the London skyline.
